Meet Daniela, a highly qualified and experienced yoga anatomy teacher who will be leading the anatomy and alignment module of our yoga teacher training program. With her unique combination of certifications as a yoga teacher and as a working occupational therapist, with a special focus on neurology and orthopaedics, she has a wealth of experience helping clients recover from complex injuries and get back to their normal lives. 

 

Daniela is an expert in alignment guides , modifications for injuries & limitations, misalignments, adaptation, posture correction, functional and applied anatomy. She has a talent for breaking down complex anatomy concepts and presenting them in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, making them applicable to your practice.

 

She seamlessly integrates the principles of anatomy and movement into her yoga instruction, providing students with a deeper understanding of how the body works in yoga postures. Her approach to teaching is both holistic and practical, and her classes will not only improve your alignment and prevent injury, but also deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection. 

 

In addition to her expertise in anatomy, Daniela is a skilled and compassionate teacher who is experienced in teaching gentle yoga including chair yoga , restorative yoga and yin yoga. Yoga Teacher Valeriya 

She has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and is an avid global traveler traveled more than 40 countries. She loves practicing and teaching yoga asanas (Hatha & Vinyasa Flow), Meditation to students across the globe.

 

Previously she has also worked as stewardess & yoga teacher on private yachts & yoga studios in Europe.

Yoga Teacher Coraline

Coralin studied French and English at University level before taking up journalism. She has lived in Israel and Australia and worked as a journalist & as a social worker (for people with mental issues), as a teacher. 
She started her yoga journey in Australia : different styles Iyengar, Bikram, Ashtanga, power yoga,... and also explored its spiritual aspect.
She loves practicing and teaching yoga asanas (Hatha & Vinyasa Flow) and Pranayama to students across the globe.

Yoga Teacher Oriana 

Ori was born in USA and has worked as an English teacher and gym trainer. She has always been an active & sporty person: She likes yoga, sports, travelling, volunteering for social causes.


She started to practice yoga at a gym for flexibility and mobility. With time she got interested, not only in the practice of the postures / asanas, but overall aspects of yoga including its mental and emotional benefits. She teaches Hatha, Ashtanga Vinayasa & Meditation to students across the world

Born and brought up near Himalayas , Das is a thorough and  disciplined yoga teacher. Yoga and its deep roots of philosophy has been a vital part of his lifestyle .He started studying and practicing yoga at a young age and always believe in teaching true and authentic knowledge  .

He specializes in Philosophy , Meditation & Pranayama and is on a mission to deliver these ancient science to its students and seekers worldwide.
