You attain a blissful state of mind through asanas, meditation and breathing. It helps to establish perfect coordination between mind and body. It is a science of well being and usefulness ,the perfect platform to explore in depth of who actually are; bringing about the perfect balance between physical ,mental and spiritual aspects of our life. •"It's hard to get yoga in the habit!"
