Starting with smallest changes, slowly but surely you will change the whole picture. Yoga is not a work-out ,it is a work-in and this is the point of spiritual practice to make us able to open our hearts and focus on awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are. •Why is 21st June celebrated as yoga day?
